Yesterday my daughter and I came in to get our hair cut. My daughter and I were happy with the services and cut she received. I however, was very UNHAPPY with the services and cut I received! Normally I get a shampoo, cut, and style, which is what I expected. Yesterday, I got a few spritz of water, a cut, and quick tease. She spent an hour and 10 min on my daughter and only 10-15 min on me! I still had to pay full price and didn't even get the whole package OR the cut I wanted! I got the impression she was double booked so she tried to get done with me as fast as possible for the next client! She also took pictures of my daughter without asking permission first and was going to send them to me but never did! I've been getting my hair cut there for the last few years because I had liked the stylist, but after yesterday, and another issue I've had the before, I will NOT be going back there nor will I recommend it to anyone! VERY disappointed in this place!

Stylist talked me out of what I wanted, I listened to her because she's an expert but I wasn't happy when I left. Not very friendly nor welcoming.

First haircuts, prom, and the only place we want to get our hair cut! Worth the 4 hour drive to get the perfect style!  Rick and Company we LOVE you!!!
