Excellence, diligence and performance, for me, are not limited to my work on behalf of real estate clients. As a professional singer, I have had numerous operatic roles on stage as well as appearing as the soloist with symphony and chorus. I have performed in various traditional Operas from Verdi to Puccini as well as more contemporary productions such as Henry Miller in Brooklyn. Combining my artistry and scholarship, I have also bred Arabian Horses on an international level and been recognized as a world authority on Arabian Horse bloodlines.

Mission

I am a long time resident of the Bay Area and rely on my intimate knowledge of the Piedmont, Montclair, Oakland and Berkeley markets along with my extensive contacts in the area to distinguish myself as a local real estate expert.

I am committed to delivering real estate service with professional integrity and personal attention to detail. Communication is paramount to my working philosophy, and with my extensive background in counseling and mediation along with a master's degree in Social Psychology I have earned a solid reputation with my clients as a thoughtful listener, artful negotiator and trusted friend who produces results. My use of technology and innovative marketing such as direct email and custom property websites/virtual tours combined with historical research/writing and high quality collateral materials distinguishes me as a forward thinker who is able to consistently shorten the sales cycle for my clients and bring in offers over asking price.
