We have been faithful Riddle's customers for more than 10 years.  We have always enjoyed the management and staff (Zane, Joel, Aubrey, Tracey, Terri, Ashley), and the relationships we build with them is what keeps us loyal.  Recently, I was rudely approached by the manager in the middle of trying on rings and talking with our salesperson, whom we have known more than 15 years.  He was unprofessional and had no manners.  I will not purchase anything from this store again while he is around.

I've been a customer at Riddle's for a number of years and had a great experience every time I shop there. Working with Mitzi the last couple times has only added to that experience.

The Riddles in Scottsbluff, Nebraska is amazing. Aubrey is always so helpful and listens to what i tell her i want.  Then she slips the ideas to my husband. She never fails me!! As long as she is there i will continue our business there.
