This is the absolute worst hospital I have ever been to. I have lived many places because my husband was in the army so I have many other places to compare it to. They are pushy and inexperienced and don't even get me started about bedside manner. I will say the outpatient center was great when my husband had surgery with Dr. Stemmer by even still we were unsure about details of the surgery that we had been asking about up until they rolled him to pre-op. The ER is probably the worst of the worst... if you think it's an emergency do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It is the slowest and most unfriendly experience I have ever had. Few of he nurses and Drs are good and friendly but the rest just skate by until their shift is over. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Also my X-ray and blood work was interrupted by billing or whoever asking me about my new insurance and payment because "I just ran it and it said you were ineligible," as I'm laying on the bed getting treatment. Highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

i just had my son in june and it was an overall good experience. the AC went out that night for a few hours but they got it back up quickly and gave us fans while it was out. staff was super attentive. food was always on time. my family was welcome.

We had a great experience at RRH. I recently stayed their for labor & delivery and the nursing staff was AMAZING. They truly care and went the extra mile to make my family and I feel comfortable. The hospital also offers perks like a lounge for the dads to go in to get snacks and movies for us. They promote skin to skin, breastfeeding and have birthing balls for labor now. The experience I had was great and really seems like the hospital is trying to improve from years past.

If I could  a 0 for this place I would. Anyways I  recently  took  my son into the er  because  he came home with hand prints around  both of his ankles. The attending doctor  did not  assessment on him. You would  think  that  they would ask him questions  no, all that stupid  doctor  did was nothing. This place is  a  serious  joke, we shouldn't  even  have  a  hospital  this place needs to be  shut down!

Worst hospital I've ever been in for prenatal care. Refused to do a lab that wasn't mandatory and I even got a paper work saying I can refuse that lab, and Dr. Rose Stone refused to see me. And I got yelled by her assistant for not getting it done. I got a midwife and she refuses to send over my medical records but one ultrasound. VERY unprofessional. I say this hospital needs a whole new staff.
