The front desk and medical staff were friendly, professional, and reassuring. We came in on a Saturday, less than an hour before they closed. The waiting room was empty besides us and we were seen quickly. They did not rush through treatment to get off for the day and offered tremendous patience with my scared child. Would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

took my elderly mother in right before closing when she sliced her thumb open trying to get olives out of a can. I was so very happy they were still open and we didn't have to sit in the emergency waiting room for hours. They didn't get upset because of the time but treated my mother with great compassion and gentleness. I took her back to get her stitches removed. it was really busy but still the same kind treatment. I took a teen daughter in on a Saturday afternoon. She was also cared for really well. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant, I don't recall, was really good with her. A different lady that time but both were excellent.

I've been there several times, over the years. For the most part I've been pleased. A few times, whoever was helping me was professional but curt, very short if I had a question. I'm going back today because I don't need to go to the ER. I also do not care for the other Urgent Care.

2 visits. $25000. $1800 out of pocket. Unnessary testing like chest ex rays and blood test previously tested. Little contact with Physicians. No diagnosis of cause of the problems. No clear direction to solve the problem. Useless and expensive. Die at home alone, much better.

The staff needs sensitivity training. Or enemas.
