Seems shady but in my three week stay nothing bad happed. All the full timer campers were friendly. Only down side was the dump site pull through was crowded by another camper.

Went to check it out and it looked abandoned had no clue where to talk to anyone

Tried to stop for the night, you could barely see the sign, dark ,scary, no office sign. Went somewhere else.
