I've been living here for almost 3 months now, and it already feels like home! I have the 1 bedroom deluxe, and I love how much space I have. The maintenance guy is wonderful, and quickly took care of minor problems for me upon move in (paint touch up, lose rod in closet). Amy in the rental office is very nice and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies are friendly. Most of the residents here are older and very charming. I hardly hear my neighbors, if anything I just hear water running occasionally if I'm in the kitchen or bathroom. Carpet is nice, flooring is nice, it even smells good in the hallways! One con is that the laundry situation is iffy, the dryers don't work very well. I usually try to hang most of my clothes to air dry. My only other complaint is that I don't love the color of the kitchen cabinets, but that's purely cosmetic. Overall I am loving it here, and I am very impressed with Ridgewood Park. I looked for months at other apartment buildings in the surrounding area and nothing could beat this for the price. Whenever I have people over they always comment about how nice it is here. I would recommend living here to any of my family and friends, even if I do have to hang my clothes up to dry. If you're looking for a quiet place to call home, this is it.

worst laundry service ever...its better to use it outside. I complained almost 4-5 times in last 7 months of my stay here but no success.

Lived here for over a year now- 1br, 1ba 900sq ft. Great price for the size! I've looked at every apartment complex in about a 15 mile radius, and this one is the only one that I would describe as middle class. As a single white female living alone, I definitely feel safe here. Most of the other residents are elderly, so noise is NOT an issue. The walls are solid and well insulated. I'm on a middle-ish floor, and I can't hear the unit above or below me. Also don't hear the neighbors on either side. Megan in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. The manager, Susan, is more concerned with lining her own pockets. I try to direct any requests through Megan if I can! There are two elevators in each building, but they're somewhat slow and dated. There are laundry facilities on every floor (2w and 2d) that are operated with a laundry card, but they are regular sized home washers/dryers circa 1995 and aren't very powerful. Frequently have to dry multiple small loads, or one load multiple times. Each load is $1.50 per wash or dry cycle. Online maintenance requests- I've submitted one request, and it was taken care of by the time I got home from work the next day. Besides the laundry situation, they are also "behind the times" as far as rent payment goes- no online payments, paper checks only! They have a "rent drop" mail slot in both buildings, but I don't trust slipping a check through a slot and hoping it gets to the right place. Leasing office hours don't match up well with my schedule, but I try to hand my rent to an actual person whenever possible. It usually takes several days for management to deposit rent checks in the first place, but having the option to pay online would make it 1000% easier! In winter time, they are very good about keeping the parking lot salted/plowed. Overall, a great place to live. Would definitely recommend (and I have)!

We have been tenants for four years now and love it here. Dave, the Maintenance Supervisor, is second to none; he is the best. He is courteous, thorough and there have been times when we hardly hang up the phone and there is Dave at the door. The office staff is wonderful too. We hope to stay here for years to come.
