I prefer to buy my meat here because of the serious discounts. I love the sale prices but am unsure if it's worth the hassle of dealing with incompetent staff. Two managers couldn't tell me where to find a product I've bought at least 5 times prior after I had scoured the store when it wasn't in the same spot. One cashier is consistently joking past the point of annoyance. Another cashier had water leaking all over the conveir belt. She continued to try and find the culprit of the leak, which was clear was her spray bottle, but held it over or already bagged groceries as it leaked over everything. One butcher/deli attendant was in a seriously piss poor demeanor and snapped after one easy question. I have been so unhappy with the staff I'm really unsure it's best to continue shopping here despite the discounts. One positive I love is the small town feel and knowing I won't have to deal with excessive crowds. However, the last incident left me wondering if I'll ever return.

Wonderful shopping atmosphere, surely has everything on your list. Also a righteous place to work. Management at Ridleys are heaven sent.
