These "police officers" enjoy breaking the law and plucking dogs from their owners property in the county, then placing them in the negligent care of a vet on county line. Then they hold them hostage (illegally) until they decide to come into work hours later than they are scheduled. Oh, and there's only ever one police officer on duty, so it seems they have nothing better to do.

We waited outside this office for forty minutes during their posted hours on a Tuesday for service. Eventually a city employee who was passing by saw a group of us waiting and called an officer to come to the office. The city employee said not to expect anyone in the office on Tuesdays or Thursdays. The officer we talked to also was unable to give correct directions to the Sheriffs office.
