This company, in my opinion, tried to take advantage of an elderly couple that had a leak under their 2 bedroom mobile home in Corona and I am very concerned that they may have done the same thing to many other older couples on a fixed income. Ben with Rite Time was called out to inspect a leak under the mobile home, by the end of his visit it was determined that there were many leaks under the home and the homeowners were given the option to re pipe the home at a discounted price of...wait for it....over $10,000!!! Naturally this was not a price that could be paid for at one time so Rite Time was nice enough to get a loan for them through Wells Fargo at 9.9% interest. That meant by the time the homeowners were able to pay off the loan they would pay nearly $13,000 for the re pipe. I was able to get an incredible plumber to come out the next day to inspect the home and he was able repair a pipe that had two pin hole leaks, not five of six like rite Time said there were and it was repaired for $180. I personally went to the office on Meyers in Riverside to let them know that the homeowners were not going to commit to the pipe and to make sure they were not charged for fees for Ben's visit. I was able to speak with the "plumbing manager" Tyler. Tyler walked out with an attitude from the beginning and had a smirk on his face the entire time we discussed what happened. He offered no excuses and made no apologies for the ridiculous price his company was going to charge for an unneeded re pipe. He could not even explain nor did he even know why his company was willing to reduce their price $2000-$3000 the next day after the homeowners called and cancelled the re pipe. I would never use this company and I worry about older people that may be taken advantage of.

The company is quick to install when your buying NEW products just pray you don't need service afterwards. I am a "club member" and placed as a "priority" with my unit still under warranty.A couple of days later I'm still waiting for service.I would strongly recommend you find a more reliable company.

I had an issue with my AC. The temperature outside was 110 degrees 95 indoors. I called RightTime Home Services and explained my situation. Within an hour Daniel from the Palm Springs area arrived to my house. Daniel wasted no time in diagnosing the problem and explaining what needed to be done. Daniel had my AC up and running in no time. He even provided a tutorial based on how to keep my AC clean and running. Daniel was extremely professional and courteous. Since yesterdays repair I have already recommended RightTime Home Services to several of my friends. This is the only company I will contact if ever I have a future AC incident.

I can't give them no stars, so I gave them one. Two weeks ago, my husband called RighTime Home Services, and made an appointment to have our year old unit (installed by RighTime Home Services) serviced, just the regular annual service. He made the appointment for the service for this morning, and was informed that the technician would contact us by telephone when he was 30 minutes from arriving. We were expecting the technician between 9AM and 12 Noon, today. At 11:00 AM, my husband called RighTime Home Services to make sure that we were still scheduled, and the representative informed him that we were on the schedule, and the technician would be here on time. Noon rolled around, and the technician had neither arrived or called us, so my husband again called RighTime Home Services, and the representative informed him that they were on "Summer Scheduling" and that their technicians ignore their service appointments when "emergencies" are called in. Apparently the fact that our entire morning was wasted meant nothing whatsoever to them, and their business ethic is so base, it's standard operating procedure to lie to their customers. I will NEVER do business with this company again, and would recommend you find a more ethical business for any work you may need done.

Beware! Service is not bad, technicians know what they are doing and great customer service. However, be aware when it comes to the sales pitch regarding "tax deduction". There is more to this, and the very worst is, that also after numerous calls, I did not receive the necessary itemized paperwork to make a proper claim for taxing purposes for a $6,000 investment. Also, I had much better service from local service providers.
