I was treated very courteously by both of the office personnel. He took me to my storage unit and asked if it was satisfactory to me, and he even swept out the unit without me asking him to. Overall, i am very pleased with the staff, the location, cleanliness of the facility and the price of my storage unit. When it comes up, I'll gladly recommend them...

I had a storage for approximately one year.  During that time I found that access to the unit was never a problem.  Making a payment was easy and the courtesy of A.J. and Henry was exceptional.  I would rent there again.

I have had it rough financially in the past couple of years which my ex husband is to blame to begin with for putting my stuff in storage two states away and I tried so hard to not lose it knowing I had so many personal stuff like pictures and even my WHOLE family history in one box that now I will never see again :( I paid $900 back in April to catch it up so I wouldn't lose it but now I feel I wasted my money when I just needed some help to work with me again till I can try and get the money together but this time wasn't given the chance. :'( but I know it's strictly business for yall but for me it's not the material things that was in there but just my personal things like pictures and my family history that can NEVER be replaced that I was told can't do nothing about at least giving me those things from my storage :'(.  So I can't in my heart give you 5 stars :'(

The Henry and AJ really make it special the units themselves are nicely secured and the ground are kept clean.  My only cons would be that it felt more on the expensive side and the trash bin always seemed full.
