RightStep Behavioral Health is committed to helping individuals and their families get the support and guidance to help alleviate life’s challenging situations. Our staff specializes in the treatment of ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression for children, adolescents and adults. Additional areas of expertise provide assistance for emotional, behavioral, social, and relationship issues. As a complete outpatient behavioral health practice, RightStep offers both psychiatric services with medication interventions as well as therapy services aimed at helping you reach your true potential.

Counseling sessions can be structured as individual, couple, family or group. RightStep's therapeutic approach is interactive and based on the specific needs of the individual. We offer supportive counseling and art / play therapy. Art therapy is a creative approach towards exploring your thoughts, resolving emotional conflicts, manage behaviors, and reduce stress and anxiety, while improving your self-esteem.

While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we will work to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
