In business since 1989, we are proud to be Miami’s single source for beauty and fashion. I have been going here for a number of years. The staff are like a second family to me and I've been using a broad range of their services continuously. Andrew has been an amazing stylist, and colorist who was the only person I trusted with my virgin hair to give me a beautiful ombre treatment.  The owner, Rick, has assembled an impressive and capable staff across the board.

The salon also has this fantastic cafe so you can enjoy wine, beer, champagne or great food while you are receiving their services  (or you can go just for the food ). The boutique is also excellent and I've found the quality of their inventory to be reliable. The style is very chic, Miami, and fun with a twist of Europe.  Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for 4 pm on Sunday the 15th. I got there early at 3:30 pm so i waited until 4 PM. By 4:12 no one offered anything (I.e. water) and did not even start washing my hair. Further, they had the audacity to take another person, who came later, to wash her hair and start her services. Upon leaving, not one member of their staff was apologetic or offered any sort of empathy for their delayed service. Should you want to book your hair services efficiently and you are a busy woman in Miami- do not waste your time here!

Always above and beyond. Never have to worry if Luis will have to understand what I want to achieve. His skill set and ability to execute flawlessly is 5 star. I'm a tuff audience ! ;)

I called when they opened to schedule an up do for later on that after noon since I had a wedding to attend that evening. The woman that made my appointment told me that I would be taken care of. I arrived 15 mins early to check in and give myself time to decide what I wanted. I waited 30 mins before the woman that was going to do my hair came to get me. She told me she would blow dry my hair. I told her I needed an up do. She went back to the front desk. Came back to me a few minutes later to inform me there wasn't anyone available for that, that my appointment was for a blow dry, that she could give me a few curls. The professionalism and customer service of this salon is sub par. Only go here if you like getting things you didn't ask for and being overcharged for them.

Boutique, bar, nails and hair. Fantastic salon. Betty is amazing! She gives you wonderful advice and recommends the best looks while utilizing the best products.
