I requested bid information on getting new concrete pads for three months and they kept informing me they would have it to me the next day.  I never received the bid....finally they told me they wouldn't be able to help us after several repeated calls and 3 months worth of time.  In addition, it took them two weeks to get the gutters completed.  I was promised a follow up  anytime I called and I never got a direct response.   A few of our down spouts also have tons of dirt on the bottom of them. Our scope was to repair and check all down spouts to insure they were working properly and they did not perform their service to the scope.

Anyone using this company needs to really think twice and watch the actual work being done.  You will be told it is being done but only half ass or partially or possibly not at all!  Just remember not everyone does what they say so make sure you know before you think they have done an awesome job or because you like Riley Hays!  I have been taken for an extremly large amount of money and NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT! This is a Star MINUS MINUS, I would Not recommend for Residential or Commercial.  Hire at your own Risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You have been warned!!!!!

Perfect original installation of our new roof 18 months ago - and now when some critters attacked it around the chimney Riley Hays responded right away to check it out. And then surprised me with a same day repair by Quentin and Swayze, two prossionals who were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Great response and result. Attic is safe and sound again. What a terrific company!

After a week heavy rain last week, every roofing companies are crazy busy. I called more than 5 roofing companies, none replied right away except Riley Hays. Initially, it was scheduled on Friday then rescheduled to today after I asked if they could come earlier because we will have another wave of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday. John Covrig and his crews came this afternoon and did good job to repair our roof with fair price.

I was impressed with Zac...he came right in and told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I calmed down once we spoke but this weather gets the best of us.
