From the valley, had the dreaded case oil leak on my new to me '12 wildcat 1000. Bass pro in phx wouldnt attempt a repair and would only sell a short block at $3k+.. Called Rim Country PS and they said no big deal. They pulled my motor resealed the case (machining wasnt the cause of the leak) and serviced the Wildcat for less than 1/3 of what bass pro wanted!  Fast turn around time left me down for only a week. Couldn't be happier with the labor cost and the service I received. Extreemly satisfied and will be a customer as long as I own an Arctic Cat product.

Sometimes you just want to know you can trust what people tell you.  Gary and Sean are those people, very rare and worth every penny.  Thanks for a great experience, I will be back.
