The cannoli was good, it was a little soggy though, however, the filling was great. The staffs attitude could have been better. An older woman hard of hearing wasn’t getting the level of service she should have, it seemed the counter personnel was annoyed of her requests. There aren’t many mom and pop bakeries out there anymore so it doesn’t hurt to show some enthusiasm.
Huge selection of desserts: cakes, pastries, etc. All products are fresh, service is fast and polite. I always buy desserts here for tea and on holidays. I advise!Food: 5/5

Love this bakery, and I’m so glad it’s near me. They’re so creative with customized cakes and it’s delicious too! The picture are from my sons 4th birthday party, as well as his 2nd. Aside from that all their pastries are delicious!
My favorite bakery in Bensonhurst. Not as well known as other bakeries in the neighborhood, but the pastries are amazing! They have a great selection of fresh Italian pastries like sfogiatellle, napoleons, cannolis, eclairs, and tiramisu. They also have a wide selection of made to order cakes and cakes to buy the day-of. They also have fresh Italian bread and yummy gelato seasonal.
An excellent quality neighborhood classic Italian Bakery. It's a very well run establishment with lots of customer service. And don't fret if you see a lines, these lines move quickly. Plus, that shows you how fast they turn their baked goods around. A great sign indeed. This is my family's go to bakery in Brooklyn and so far, I have not tried anything I didn't like! Check out the vanilla cake with raspberry mousse inside, in a purse sized and shaped cake. That's all edible chocolate!
I came here for the first time yesterday after passing this place so many times in my car. The bakery itself is very clean, the staff was friendly and everything looked absolutely delicious and freshly made. I got the cannoli's and some assorted cookies and everything was great. I will definitely stop by again the next time I am in the area to try something else.
My family and I are loyal customers to Rimini for 20 years, and we purchase from them at least 2 times a week. Today we purchased a box of cookies, which had a very old, unfresh taste. The employee refused to offer an exchange or refund. The box looked nearly untouched except for the tiny piece we tried. When they refused to refund, we left the cookies there and left it for them to eat themselves. Good customer service is the opposite of this.
I purchased this cake yesterday for my son's birthday and cake was not tastful at all very salty and the strawberry were brown color bad expiredFood: 1/5
