Always professional and caring ,I never feel rushed and Dr Cooley is always compassionate and concerned about my well being. Just a great all around experience everytime.

Abysmal handling of paperwork. I asked for something to be mailed to me last week (Tuesday) and I called today (Monday) to see if it had in fact been mailed. It hadn't. I spoke to a physicians aide about wanting to be referred to a certain hospital, she said ok. I called today to find that not only had the referral not been completed but I was also being referred to a hospital that I hadn't asked for. That and Cooley being vague about my diagnosis and dismissive of symptoms.
