Neat place to come visit via a small boat.  Very small dock and poorly maintained but it leads to a nice boardwalk and walking trail.  Might be a bit far to carry in kayaks to launch.

My family love this park. We can by ourselves or with the dogs. We absolutely love the trail and the nature vibe. It makes for a great outing.

great place, has two playgrounds and trail. The problem I see is that they need to fix the playground ever since hurricane Matthew a lot of the slides broke or have some hazards. it's a great place just nobody to keep up with it

Most excellent, commendations to COJ and Park keeper for this rarity. Hours of beautiful nature trails where wildlife abounds in lush oak/evergreen forests, super long boardwalk over natural river savannah, floating dock, river access for canoes, soccer complex, huge and very well-equipped playgrounds, grills, tables, gazebos, much more... astonishingly well maintained. Most certainly one of Jacksonville's finest treasures.

It's very dirty and the restrooms are disgusting. The play ground is nice if it hasn't rained. There was huge puddles of water under all the slides and under the swings. The trails leading to the river are nice but watch out for all the garbage, condoms, beer cans and so much grossness. This park would be awesome if it was cleaned up and had someone watching over the actual park where the kids play.
