Paid $30 & they didn't even clean the inside. I have a brand new car so it should have been extremely easy but there was very visible dust. Guess you have to pay them for EVERY LITTLE THING they touch, and an air freshener isn't even included. Too bad this is the only car wash in town. Very much recommend to just wash your own car. They are decently quick, but if they actually did what they were paid to, then I guess they'd be much slower. Too bad I tipped, should have checked before. Probably why he didn't wait by my car when he flagged me down.

Overall Rio is a pretty good car wash. The staff works quickly and is friendly. The location is convenient and the prices are competitive. The only reason for 4 stars is my car is never 100% cleaned; most recently they didn't wipe out the cup holders or vacuum thoroughly. When I'm paying $30 for a car wash, I kinda expect 100% clean.

Nope! My first visit was my last. The lady who showed up (she didn't greet me) when I pulled in was incredibly rude. I forked out $50.00, just to have my door panels wiped off, and to use my Mom's term, they did a piss poor job. They wiped the panels, but didn't wipe into the door pockets. The back floor board was barely vacuumed and rear view exterior mirrors were sprayed w/ Armour All (?) but not wiped. I went in the middle of the week, in the morning on a chilly morning so none of this can be blamed on busy, a hot day, etc.

The Staff has always gone above and beyond to help out consumers. Nash , the owner is very personable and always takes care of business in the best way. John is great! Such a hard worker... This is the only car wash I take my car to, i know they will always take care of business and get things done the honest and right way.

Went to have car detailed... left money in a wallet and it was stolen by their staff.   Owner is  swearing it didn’t happen.   This is a shame a young ladies hard earned money stolen.  The owner refuses to investigate
