When to check out and cashier was very rude I spoke and said hello and she didn't respond. She just looked away at other customers. I told her thank you and have a nice night and she completely ignored me. I know she is only one person but her customer service needs improvement. Even if she doesn't want to talk at least greet all of your customers with a hello and a see you again. That's what also helps people coming back to shop in your store.

This report is on Rio Ranch Market #5, located on 460 east 4th Street Perris, CA. 92570. Time and time again I have found rotten meat on the left corner of the store (the most western side of the store, next to the herbs and spices section)! I informed one of the employees and their reply was that the meat was freezer burned! I know the difference between inedible, rotten meat and edible meat that had been exposed to cold temperatures! I understand that this is a money making business, however food safety is the most important thing in the world! Putting rotten meat on your refrigerator shelves for people to buy shows that someone does not care about their customer's safety! I believe the leadership of the store needs to train their employees on proper food handling techniques and food safety! The employees working in the meat section of the store need to familiarize themselves with the definition of the word PUTREFACTION, THE FIFTH STAGE OF DEATH! The meat section of the store is Very Unsatisfactory; Please correct this deficiency! Thank You!

Usually in and out, cashiers could use some training on customer service. They need to have someone repaint the line where the shopping carts will lock, everyday you see people whose cart gets locked nowhere near their vehicle, it's amusing but I'm sure it can be very annoying.

Now Rio Ranch Market I hate this market there so racist here from the security guard to the employees I don't know too much about the manager but I want to make her man going to the store if you're African-American it's like they just want their race and I'm not even going to explain my visit here cuz everytime it on in off

I take back everything positive I've ever said. Today was another horrible experience. Packed Sunday rush with like 2 slow cashiers. ATM out of service again and now they charge 25¢ to use a heroine style restroom with no tp. Run for the hills. There's plenty of other options. I'm done. NEVER AGAIN. Make sure the prices are right when you're being rung up. No friendly smiles and management needs to pay attention to how many people are in line and how many cashiers are on the register. I've left twice because of the lack of cashiers. Not cool. Gave the place another try around 6-7pm slow as a snails butt. If you're in a hurry I would suggest food 4 less or stater bros a couple blocks away. Just keeps getting worse here. I just wanted to get a quick hot meal and everyone was lost. I ended up just getting something else just so I don't come home empty handed. Get a clue guys. LAST RESORT ONLY!!
