They are always nice and knowledgeable. Good experience every time. Would get 5 stars if the prices weren't so high, and the classes all use books that are specific to the course that you will be taking, so there is no way to order them used through Amazon.

There is nothing wrong with buy back prices and policies. Two of the employees here are incredibly rude, when asking questions they cut you off, assume the rest of you question is trivial and answer. In other words, they talk over you and give you an answer to a question that was not even asked. My assessment is they get asked the same questions over and over again, and want to move you out of the bookstore as quickly as possible. I've seen this same behavior remain consistent from these two employees over all of my vists to this location and have observed it towards others in line ahead of me each time. I'm glad I don't actually attend this college and only occasionally have to pickup books for a colleague.

The prices for books are too high.  Never any used books available.

Very helpful staff! But the books are over priced and they're Rio Salado editions. So they're hard to sell

Very nice ladies work there but this school's book program is inconvenient and expensive. It's supposed to save you money but I always end up spending more on the books they force me to buy there instead of allowing us to buy the books off of Amazon like my main school.
