The best RV park in the area. We were visiting friends in the Martinez area and chose to drive the 30 minutes to stay here. It was worth it!!! The night Manager was super nice and gave us a map right to our spot. We had space between us and the other campers. We would have totally stayed longer and will definitely stay there on future travels. The road is narrow to get back to it, but our 27 ft trailer and Dodge Ram made it with no problem. We had to pay a toll, but would gladly do that to stay here. The bathroom and showers were very clean. Full hook ups, paved roads with grass and plenty of space between units. Thanks for the kindness and hospitality!!

Very nice and clean park. Close to the river. The wind is almost always blowing, that's why they have wind generators everywhere. The only minus is that they don't have a laundry.

Love the nice paved sites. They're all full hookups with nicely maintained grounds. The managers were super nice and the price was affordable. I stayed here for 7 months. Only two reasons I didn't give a 5. First, the park is run as a recreational park so the windsurfers and party groups take precedence over everyone. And two, there aren't many amenities--no pool, no work out room, no clubhouse and no laundry. But the view of the river at sunset is pretty exceptional.

Best RV park ever! Very nice large spaces on concrete with full hook ups. Beautiful palm trees and views. Will definitely go back , again and again

This is one of the Best RV parks I've ever been to. I've had my spot here for 3+ years. No problems. Lots of really nice people. The security adds an extra layer of comfort. Beautiful park. You want to be here.
