Rips is a true rip off,dont use them. They are not safe or secured. My locker was broken onto, gave my info to hostile person after strict instructions to ask for password. I have lost 75% of my possessions. Bird seed all over locker even in totes. Do not use them.They dont refund security or pro rate.Go to afordable or uhaul. I would give them a zero also.

Well rips selfstorage a rip off they never pay back there security payment so there name fits them very very wel (RIPS SELFSTORAGE )if i could give them a zero star i would!!!
