Our food mirrors the beautiful borough it resides in, representing different parts of the world, it's languages — first being Chef Boris' home of Paris, France. The rotisserie is an ode to Chef's roots and some of our consciously-focused items changes with seasonality — spotlighting the space along with an inclusive global playlist.Oozing impeccably good vibes amongst our vibrant guests, the energy we exude celebrates diversity and the many migrations represented on these streets and avenues."

We checked this place out on a pretty steady Friday night. The staff were working like a well oiled machine. You can tell that they really care about the quality of the food that they put out based on their concentration, and it showed in the final product! We got the risbo platter with chicken and the shepherd’s pie bowl. The chicken was so tender and delicious, and everything was well seasoned. Check this place out if you’re looking for casual dining with excellent food!
Excellent. Michelin guide rated. Food is delicious. Space interesting, varied, well designed. Staff very friendly and polite. Atmosphere convivial—people first and privacy if you need it. We had to wait FAR too long on A Saturday at about midday or earlier. When I went to ask why we were still waiting after 30 minutes, I was shown the plates sitting on the counter but we had not been notified so it was barely warm. Vegetarian options: There are some
In short, RISBO is a neighborhood gem that everyone should visit. The proximity to our home makes it a convenient and enjoyable spot for us to dine at. The friendly and professional service, coupled with the delicious and fresh food, keeps us coming back time and time again. And let's not forget about the beer selection and cocktails which are expertly crafted and add a special touch to every meal. We are grateful to have such a wonderful restaurant just across the street from us. Thank you RISBO for always providing an amazing dining experience for my family and I.
Our friend recommended Risbo for their roasted chicken and WOW! The flavors were dynamite! Roasted chicken, roasted winter veggies, plantain, mashed potatoes and kale salad were all amazing and bursting with flavors. For dessert we enjoyed an apple blueberry cobbler and the pear brulee cheesecake with a hazelnut crust. Fabulous way to finish out the experience. The restaurant is largely self-service. The staff are friendly and super helpful in answering questions about the how-to and where. When we arrived it was peak hours and quite crowded but as our meals were prepped, the crowd subsided and we found a lovely seat out back in their quaint courtyard under the trees. Highly recommend. The inconvenience of a crowd was far overshadowed by the fantastic food and sweet dining spot out back.
Such a pleasant experience with amazing food. The vibe of the place fosters a sense of community. Most def will need to come back.Food: 5/5
Boris the owner is EXTREMELY rude. Ordered duck and some other sides and the duck was extremely fatty and with bones, very little to no duck. I went to speak with the owner to get a refund or try something else and he told us no refunds and was very rude and unhelpful. Will never go back. MAKE SURE TO READ THE SIGN AT THE REGISTER. The place is a joke and so is the owner.
The food is amazing, everything is fresh, the teams is warm and super welcoming! And the place has an inviting environment.Food: 5/5
We ordered “Ojja Merguez”$22 and “7-Hours Leg of Lamb Hash”$26 The meat quality was good. Bread was good texture. The lamb sausage super yummy.Food: 4/5
One of my favorite restaurants in Brooklyn. I love their veg and meat options equally. The chicken is marinated so well and is rich with so much flavor. The Healthy One bowl is hearty, well portioned, and my favorite. My partner and I celebrated 1-year here. Sometimes the no contact, buzzer service has its glitches but I have noticed improvement over time. Come early on a Friday night for a seat! Great heat in the outdoor patio too for winter dining. Vegetarian options: The Healthy One is amazing
Fantastic spot with great food + vibes, everything we ate was great. The kale salad and lamb were especially tasty.Food: 5/5
