I have gone to Rita for years when it comes to advice about my Tax Returns, she has given me the most honest and helpful tips, and come tax season she has always found me the best refund possible! Her office has never been without kind and friendly service from the moment I am greeted, and she lets you know that you are important and she is here to help. Wonderful accountant, charming and gracious person. I became very ill for several years and by the time I recovered, my taxes and everything else was a gigantic mess. Ms. Kettl took the whole burden off my shoulders, did all the communicating with the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board, and discovered that my old employer had filed duplicate W-2s for me-- she reduced my taxable income by $110,000. Does everything by the book, and remarkably quickly. Her fees also remarkably low. Hows that for a CPA?

While making a corporate switch, she has treated me like dirt! I have never been treated so rudely it makes me sad because I thought there was such good history. Today I wasn't even allowed to wait in her office. Very sad behavior for a professional.
