I always bring my kids and kids’ friends to this local shop. I ordered unicorn flavor ice, he didn't know the menu and told me they don't have it, even though this one on the poster was outstanding. A young staff new face today asked me, you have an accent, where are you from.Cannot hide laughing. at me. Do you like America? All of this, like what? I never go to this shop, again. I don’t like it!

Terrible. Went twice. Nice kids behind the counter but not trained to do the corrrect Rita standard ice cream etc. Owners should pay attention to their business. If There was another ice cream place close. Rita’s would be gone,

RITA'S ICE in Berkeley Heights, NJ is a great place for Ice or Custard on a hot day. I got the Cherry Ice and my husband got the Lemon Ice. Both were good ! The service is great when the lady named Bridget is there!! The guy with the gray hair is a little slow serving the customers, but nice enough. A very cute building with an Italian feel.

Not a great experience. 1 younger staffer doesn't know the flavors. Overcharged me and i called him out on it and he just looked at me. He had no response. Will never go back he kept touching his balls. Threw my purchase away.

Can’t go wrong with Ritas, and I stand my case here! These folks have great service and are fast and friendly. As always, the custard and ice are supreme.

Extremely courteous and helpful employees! They go above and beyond!

Didn't expect them to be open on a snowy February night, but we happen upon it after a good dinner, discussing what to do for dessert. Pleasantly surprised and we got some to-go in order to beat the snow home. Staff friendly and helpful.

My daughter got a gift card from a birthday party, so we decided to give the place a try. The Italian ice seem to be okay, but don't waste your time on the blendini. I ordered a cookies and cream concrete, and the end product was less than half a cup of blended custard with Oreos. Make your way over to Zitas in Berkeley Heights, or get the worlds-better magic blend from Magic Fountain in Summit.
