The staffs is always friendly and patient especially with the kids. They have a good selection of flavors! And I love their pretzels. There are two tables out front for outdoor seating with trash cans conveniently near by. There is plenty of parking. There are no public bathrooms here.
Amazing SELECTION of not only ICE FLAVORS but CUSTARDS. There’s not ANY Rita’s that has THIS MANY FLAVORS AS THIS LOCATION. The Back IS NEAT AND ORGANIZED. THE STAFF is FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE. The person that really stood out to me was RENE she is AMAZING at explaining me the different flavors, getting me them to try and INFLUENCE my DECISION which was a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. And I had one of the BEST BLENDIS EVER. I love every this RITAS LOCATION and I’m going to make it my PERMANENT ONE!
Best experience ever! Had a huge pregnancy craving and ordered via DoorDash. I made a special request and it got honored perfectly. On top of that, I got a sweet note congratulating me on my baby.
Service was okay. Staff rushed my order and got it wrong, twice. Effort counts! Signs that everything is kosher, in case you have a religious or personal objection.
Bad costumer service....
Rita's is great. This Rita's is always good, good flavor selections, good variety of flavors, workers are nice. Place is popular during peak season, sometimes pretty busy but that's to be expected.
Love Rita's, no matter which one I've gone to service always excellent
They moved to a new location within independence plaza not too long ago. It was a great decision because now the store is next to all my other favorite stores. Their custard ice cream is creamy, fluffy, and addicting! I went during a day when it was raining and they had a buy one get one free special going on. I was bursting with joy at being able to bring a large cup of ice cream home for my significant other. Consider myself a loyal customer of this establishment!
My family and I love this Rita's Water Ice! We go several times once they open for the 1st day of Spring through Fall. We have a wonderful friend who works here and we enjoy seeing her when we get a cup of ice!!
Make sure you get what you pay for. I asked for two banana/chocolate custard combos. We got a chocolate/vanilla swirl. I questioned that was NOT the same brought 3 nights prior. She insisted that is was what I ordered. Is this a running joke with this Rita's staff? Is it too much effort to give a customer what they ordered? It appears to be a common complaint.
