All of the employees there are so very sweet, kind, provide excellent customer service. My guy & I go there on almost a weekly basis. Today, Tori was amazing!! She was so fast making our excellent treats & gave lots of great suggestions for creating our gelati. Thank you Tori for making our day!

Although I love their menu, I think the upcharge for sugar waffle cones should be made known ahead of time at a $1.25 each.

Dirty little strip mall Rita's. Flavors were not the usual high sellers by any means. There is a pandemic going on and the restroom was very dirty, and they tables were not bussed or wiped down. I will not visit this Rita's again. And I suggest you not waste your time and money here either.

Excellent Gelati!  My husband has me addicted to the Florida Orange Gelati with the Vanilla Custard!   The first time I tried it I knew I would be eating this all summer long!  Try it! If you like orange Creamsicle, you will be eating this all summer long to!! Lol.  The facility is always clean, friendly staff. They move very quick to. I have a few other favorite flavors.  Wild Black Cherry is another favorite.  There are so many I like!  I may stop by again today the more I type :  Enjoy!

I am posting a review about the false adverting and poor customer service I received from the manger/owner of the Rita’s in middle river. I received an email on February 22nd, 2019 from Rita’s stating a promotion for today in which all treats are 50% off. At the bottom of the email was the address of my local Rita’s. So I arrived that day to purchase 3 packs of the ice cream sandwich treats for a birthday party. To my surprise I was denied the promotion price for the packs. I mentioned the email I received stated no such exclusions. The employee did not care. I emailed the customer service and they sent my complaint over to the store and said I would get a reply back within 24 hours. I received a reply that basically said they had already told me the packs are excluded. Did not offer even one pack at 50% being as they sent out a false advertisement. I replied with a screenshot of the advertisement which has their location on it and did not see anything on it that states any exclusions. I got a reply back an hour or so later that simple said they are excluded and they will revise the next promotion to state this. I’m disappointed in this experience and wanted to post this for any other potential customers who might experience an issue with this location. I will post a picture of the ad if it will let me.

This was my go to place for treats during the summer. The staff was more than kind to everyone. I like how they have treats for the dogs, pet owners are made welcome.

We normally have a 5 star experience, but my husband got a hair at the end of his Blue Raspberry Italian Ice. This was the first and hopefully the last time for that. My mango gelati and my daughter's vanilla custard with rainbow sprinkles were good.

Great treat can tell by the line great service by those working when I was there.

Great selection of Italian ice treats and soft custard. And a friendly staff.

Love this place just wish you guys stayed open till 10pm . But still love coming and trying new flavor when you have then
