Both friendly, helpful guys. They've got a lot of odds and ends parts, and the kind of knowledge that comes from many years of experience with tinkering and fixing mechanical things. My over the range microwave was out of commission only because the door wouldn't close. It needed a new spring. They fixed it as easily as tying a shoe. Saved me hundreds of dollars with no sweat. They'll help customers unload heavy appliances, and make sure the appliances are clean and maintained before the appliances leave the store.

I recognize and appreciate the efforts that Earl and Bob are taking to make appliance repair available to people who struggle. I am humbly changing my review and perspective and ask their kind forgiveness for my narrow minded initial  regurgitation. Bless you both  for the time and patience that you give cranky old people stressed with life circumstances that feel outside of their control... like me!!!
