Love this pizza place. The owner is always so friendly and the pizza is delicious! I bring my family here when they come to town. The cookies are always a must too!

Ordered from here last night after all the great reviews. The pizza was quoted 40-50 minutes- reasonable for a Saturday night. The pizza finally showed up 1.5 hours later, and was lukewarm at best. The cheese was basically congealed into a single cold lump, and the order was wrong. Very disappointed. Would have been better off saving my money and going to little caesars.

Rita's is the best pizza in West Point! The restaurant is comfortable and homely, and the staff are always friendly. I'd love to see them improve their house salad from bagged lettuce and deli ham to something a little more substantial.

The food was great I like a place where you can sit and eat fresh pizza. The problem was with the service this place has a great atmosphere. But for a Friday night the seemed under staffed. They could probably use a bigger oven to keep up with demand. Our food took a long time to get out to us they could have offered a refill of the pitcher of soda for the wait. The were friendly just too busy with call in orders to give proper attention to the people inside the restaurant. We will be there again to try the service but not on a Friday night.

Hiden little Jem. Less then 10 tables cute and cozy. Family restaurant. Clean bathrooms and establishmentm. Very little parking and they seem to have a lot of carry outs. A little bit of self service. Food is fresh for sures. Don't go if your in a rush to eat. Didn't care for the lasagna but the pizza is good, they got that down. Fun place to check out.
