Not only is staff highly skilled but everyone in the office truly cares about you as a person & patient. The office is run very professionally yet with an intense personal touch. They value their patient’s time as well. Highly recommend this practice to all.

I wondered why I didn't see any magazines in the waiting room. They don't need any. We never even sit down to wait; they are on time and start whatever you need done immediately! 
They are very professional, courteous and friendly. I have hated going to the dentist my entire 60+ years, but they make it a pleasant experience.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly. My only complaint would be not knowing how much insurance would pay on a procedure. For example; I had a procedure done that they thought was going to cost me around $800. I paid that and insurance paid more than anticipated so I received refund of around $500. The previous dental office seemed to always know exactly what insurance would pay and what the patient owed.

I always have a great experience at Ritchie Dental Group.  All of the employees are friendly and professional.  Even my 3-year-old son enjoys his trips to see Jen and Dr. Mendy!
