Must not have been a good day there because the counter staff in the pharmacy were not very friendly. The store inside looked clean and stocked, but the outside parking lot was terrible. It was not busy in the store at all. I hope they were just having an off day. I have been here several times because I pick up syringes for insulin shots for a friend. These is one older lady there gives you what ever she wants when ever she wants in spite of what I tell her. I find that mentality rude and discriminating. I know this store is known to be the place where those who inject drugs can go to purchase clean needles. This behavior of rude discrimination should really be looked at because it is obvious to me that Rite-aid is trying to help stop the spread of disease and their employees are hurting that process by being demeaning, degrading, and over all give poor customer service. They open one box and will not open another to give their customer what they want. They say it's all they have. In my opinion they should order more to keep this system up and running. I don't approve of drugs, but that doesn't stop it from happening so I hope people can come here and get clean works to help prevent the spread of disease. Rite-Aid should be congratulated for their modern approach to an old issue, but a D- for poor customer service.

Pharmacy manager is rude ,arrogant and completely unhelpful in filling refilling & assisting with obtaining any prescription after my ID was stolen. He made it impossible and caused major illness because of his actions.

Usually it's dead or has quite a few transients out side. Nothing against the homeless, but it's tiring to see those that panhandle, go across the street to get into their cars,(nicer my own)... Please, bring back the outdoor patio section, misters, plants and maybe think about a wifi hotspot
