The shelves are often not stocked. The staff is nice.. But the place could use some attention.

Friendly staff for the staff they do have they need more people and a manager with a positive attitude the leaders of the store just don't motivate the staff therfore they just go through the motions.  The Johns are awesome guys, very helpful.
