I like rite aide which is adjacent to the Ralph's market on Sherman way and Woodman in Van nuys. Sales almost as much as Ralph's just without the hustle and bustle of the crowd

I post 2stars out of respect for the Rite Aid franchise. But honestly what going on? I would like to assume that they have plenty of "smart", decent and willing to work applicants. But these employees are running their own show at every shift. They come off as disinterested, resentful and bitter. Which for me, makes it a ONLY visit if no other options.

It's just hard to justify shopping here when I'm just as close to a CVS and Walgreens with better prices.

I would rather dig my eyeballs out with a dull ice cream scoop than ever have to come back to this Pharmacy, first off the Pharmacist yelled and argued on the phone with my Doctor (who was kind enough to answer her personal cell at night and call the Pharmacy AGAIN) because they didn't get something right or even try to contact my doctor or me to fill the Rx. My Doctor is literally the nicest doctor around and should not have been spoken to that way! My doctor even called me back to complain how rude they were and I had to apologize, but I stood there and witnessed them being rude and condescending on the phone. They said they would be done filling the Rx in 15 minutes so I said that's fine (I get it, Pharmacys get busy and I was in no rush) I simply asked that they please call when it is ready. Of course an Hour goes by and no word, so I call and very politely ask if it is ready now and their response was "Yeah" then they hung up!!!! Not yes ma'am or Yes please feel free to come get it or anything! Then when I got there I had a Rx savings coupon but the tech wouldn't even look at it! She threw something down on the counter and said 'I have you OUR discount which will be better than that, and walked off! She even yelled at the Pharmacist to not look at my Rx savings card to see if it would be cheaper! Which it would have made it $11 and not $39 but whatever, id rather PAY more just to get the heck out of there and not deal with rude, trashy pharm techs like her. Also the Pharmacist had no idea how to work the digital signature pad or even put new paper in the receipt printer...really? She even tried at first to get me to pay AGAIN until I showed her my Bank Txt Alert that showed I paid. This has to be the worst Pharmacy on the planet.
