This is the may be my fifth time 1hrs waited for a pill madecine, today also i was with my baby and they requested wait for few min, but tooks 1hrs even i went drive thru also but they ignored me 20min and i went in they showed me rude face. Disgusting costumer service all day long,  they don't know how to surve costumer. Even there was not busy too, if they busy they should say something to costumer. My baby got extra sick coz long time waited for a pill madecine. I want suggest to my all peoples do not go in this location to see that rude face.

My stepmother will get text messages when our medications are filled and she got one saying my birth control was ready. When I went to pick it up, the man said that he didn't have a prescription for me and that he THINKS I need a new one. I asked him if I just needed to have it refilled or if I needed to see my doctor, and what did he say? "I don't know". Thanks rite aid, this is the fourth time I'll be missing doses. I also take vyvanse and every time I've tried to have it refilled here i always end up missing it for almost a week (I call my doctor two weeks in advance and she sends the prescription up two weeks in advance). One time I waited 4 days and they still couldn't refill it, they ended up having to call other rite aids to figure out who had it. Don't go here. Go to cvs. They actually care about their patients unlike this dump.

Unreal . The bathroom is disgusting.  The pharmacy staff are insane. No one is trying to get one over on anyone with every prescription.

Never have my medications in stock. It's a monthly prescription and this was supposed to be my primary pharmacy. Month after month it's the same excuses and attitudes, simply for questioning why we can't seem to get on the same page. I feel they are only still in business because they're open 24 hours a day, up the road from a very large hospital. If business was based on customer service, they would have closed the doors long ago.
