The pharmacist in the back named Will does not answer the phone at all.. I have called for 2 days straight and I talked to the girl at the front desk and she had to apologize for him not answering and it is not her fault.. My husband had a very important question about his meds and couldn't even get through because Will did not want to answer and talk for 30 seconds and we live on the west end next to Talbot and didn't want to waste gas just to go there and ask a question before he filled the medicine and he could have fixed it and didn't because the besrt pharmacist Heather fixed it last month... I don't think that he should be working in the pharmacy if he doesn't know how to answer the phone and we know he is not busy because we just left there... So please have a talk with this man and tell him he needs to start answering the phone.. And he needs to pay attention and speed up because we had to put a post office box across the street just to receive our mail lol.. But he needs to start answering the phone or we will not be there if he is there to fill our meds. We would wait till Heather is there to make sure everything is done right... She is the best pharmacist there and we appreciate everything thing she has done for us.. I know its hard to find good employees that know what they are doing but he has no good manners and he is very rude and he has confined himself to his imprisoned mind and it is not healthy for your clients to see this visually and we can't see how your management hasn't noticed his personality defects. I can't believe the general management has decided to keep someone that is a poison to the pharmaceutical business. My 13 year old daughter can count correctly could count out the meds and still smile to the customer and tell them thank you for coming and see you next time. Will just is not a very happy person with the customers. And the girl up front said she has had a lot of complaints about Will not answering the phone.. I just hope everyone that has had to deal with Will will put comments on here and hopefully we can do something about.. But thank you Heather for helping us and being one of the best pharmacist we have ever came across.  :)
