I don't know what "Google User" is talking about other than crowded aisles (and stuff I can't imagine people actually buy - lol).  The pharmacy people are great and the front people always know where items are if you ask, and are pleasant about telling you.  The pharmacy will, on occasion, be out of something, but I've found that to be rare.

Shopping in Rite Aid is surreal. There is plenty of products, but it's badly organized, the lighting is terrible, the aisles too close together, and the help is usually so angry. And good luck finding anything. If you're lucky, you will trek through the store--Indiana Jones style--and find the pharmacy in the back. But don't get your hopes up, they will be out of stock of what you need and make you wait 4 hours for a simple prescription. This chain should be nuked, but unfortunately, CVS does not stock WMDs.
