I have been going to this Rite Aid Pharmacy for almost a year, picking up the same prescription everytime and the last three times I have called in a prescription it always says my prescription will be refilled and then when I get there to pick it up they either don't have it or they only have a few days worth. First of all, why am I all of a sudden having this problem,and secondly, whatever happened to calling a customer to let them know that their prescription is not going to be available? The last few times I went, I asked why this is happening and all I get is, "I'm sorry ma'am,  this happens from time to time."  I have been on this medication since 2008 and "this" has never happened. Some medications cannot be skipped or stopped just like that. So now, I have to go to another Rite Aid, out of my way,  at the very last minute to pick up my prescription.  You people need to practice up on your customer service skills and start communicating with your customers.

went here for a sale they had on laundry detergent using their e coupons. As they were ringing me up they said that there store coupon was not scanning, and they would not give me the sale price listed in their store ad because I quote: if she gave me the listed price off the store would lose money....Are you kidding me??? Why have a sale if you are not going to honor it??? don't shop here!!!
