I have used this Rite Aid for years! Always great & friendly service. If my daughter runs out of refills they call the doctor & have her refills, refilled. Just a great service all the way around!

I had a pretty rough experience here. Listen... I personally am not black or a minority at that but the way I saw these managers treating a black guy was just disgusting. He did nothing wrong... he was just trying to check out. As soon as he leaves the store the manager starts laughing and talking racist trash behind the man's back. For this reason I will not be back here to this store again. This is the reason we have so big of a division between our races.

There has only been one time when I went into Rite Aid and experienced rude and poor customer service. When I asked for and spoke with the manager they asked the cashier to remove themself immediately. Since then I have not experienced this again.

Caring and friendly pharmacist and staff that go out of the way to help. The app is convenient and easy for refills, too.
