In the pharmacy there are two registers inside the store and two drive thru lanes with one person running them. This makes service extremely slow.  When filling my script I was asked when I would like to pick it up, I responded that I would like it asap and was told it would be 2 hours. Unfortunately there was a problem with my script and I was not contacted via the phone number they have on file when the problem arose, instead I came in after waiting 2 hours for my script to be filled to hear of the problem and then was told it will be another 2 hours.

My prescription was 40 dollars more here than CVS and they almost wouldn't give me my script back.

Save yourself the headache and go across the street to CVS. The employees at this Rite Aid are rude, unfriendly, and it takes them forever to come up to the front when you want to checkout.
