This was my first time ever returning anything without a receipt. The manager came up and rudely said you can’t return any of my items which were unopened without a original receipt! I couldn’t even get store credit? I said other people have never had a an issue with returning without a receipt? This manager said, well whoever they returned it with, that’s their problem! The cashier kindly apologized and said he’s really strict about things like this. This is why this rite aid is always so dead and this is why I go to CVS!

Love the store, but the staff is the best! Always there for you!!!  Pharmacy Staff the BEST ANYWHERE I'VE EVER BEEN!!!! THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE HARD WORKING STAFF, MUCH APPRECIATED BY THIS CUSTOMER!!!!

Horrible staff. extremely childish - sent my man there for an emergency item and the door was jammed. Instead of helping him, the workers laughed and looked away. 6pm on a Sunday when I believe they don't close until 9pm tonight. Ridiculous

Showed up to get passport pictures done. The person at the counter said she couldn't do them because she was the only one there. There weren't even any customers around. I waited around for almost 5 minutes to be told this and to go to another store. Last time I go to a Rite Aid...
