For once I went in and got what I needed and even got recommendations on other things that would help, I would say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Rite-Aid, too bad I can’t remember the employees name who helped me, but thank you

First ,. Rite aide will not just hand one meds not covered by insurance formulary. .one, they fax the dr and or call the orecer dept themselves . 
Next, a nurse told me my meds were ready at rite aide. FYI i was very ill. Anyway, the meds were not ready. The supervisor of rite aide pharmacy called the hmo  semergency number  . Yes, i received my medication . By the way, never had a pharmacist stick up for me  lastly, rite aide keeps excellent records;  including med allergies and intereactions.

My prescription is never ready even though I fill it a day in advance and they always say they don't have my insurance in file...so my question to them is how did I get my prescription last month. This Rite Aid location is a waste of space and should be torn down to build something better.
