Went to pick up a prescription that had been called in days prior, was told it wasn’t ready and I’d have to come back. I went back two days later and was told again that it wasn’t ready and that I’d have to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready and I was now late to work. I now have to go back a third time for it. I’ll never use them again.

Absolutely terrible service. Always a long line and when get to register they are very rude. There is one employee by the name of Hassan that I will warn everyone if you are black male or female to watch out for this man. He is racist and has given me a hard time every time I am helped by him. I wait in line praying that I'm not the next victim of his that he would like to pick on. Don't know what kind of hiring this rite aid location does, but they should re-evaluate the talent that is in this location. I will never go back to this location again
