They were great! I’m traveling from the East Coast and needed a prescription. Not only did the Pharmacist go out of his way on the phone to find the prescription (voice mail from my PCP), but he had it ready in an hour!

My experience is much like some other reviews.  This security guard is a joke, the staff is equally so.   They couldn't even give me back proper change for my purchase.  The cashier told me, "they didn't have time to make it to the bank."  The security guard was busy following a father and daughter around the store.  They were clearly doing nothing suspicious.   Meanwhile, another guy walked right out with a cart of unpaid items, setting the alarm off. I had a chance to talk to the father later.  He was upset and felt as though they were being harassed.  I found the pharmacist to be quite friendly and helpful though.  I'd rate higher if everyone else there was as friendly and intelligent as them.

Disgusting.  Picking up a prescription, i asked the women to clean the keypad, she wouldnt do it.  It was nasty looking. Everyone is sick respect the health of your customers.

unfortunately, they are always short on staff.  Very good and competent people in the pharmacy but - - -it has taken at least 30 minutes on hold just to talk with someone - - - I am giving serious thought to Walgreens
