Twice I had to ask them to stop calling my mothers phone and leaving messages about my personal business and re-give them my phone number...both times they assured me they corrected the problem.
And twice they are billing the wrong insurance (ones for comp./ ones my health I insurance)
#1 why are the charging the insurance before I event need the medication? That's why people can't afford health insurance, they should not refill/charge insurance anything till you request it!
And again today I have to go back to the store because they billed the wrong insurance and came home to a message on my mothers answering machine! (Violation of hipa)
Livid ...
I call customer complaint line and the lady she was short & rude with me, like I was wasting her time...
when her company rite aide can't get a simple request right the first 2/3 times!
