I consider this location to be 'MY RITE AID'. It's my favorite spot. I would give 5 stars...if it were open 24 hours.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful but they could do a better job keeping the store organized – Sometimes items seem out of place or in the wrong location. Luckily because their employees are so professional I can always track down what I’m looking for, even if it may be in the wrong spot. The pharmacy here is really fast too and always gets me my prescriptions in a very timely manner.

Rating one star because this place is so rude. I am a person of color and I mention this because it plays a part into how the staff treat the customers. I usually eat at the restaurant next door and shop around the shopping center. The first time I decided to shop at this location I walked in with my boyfriend and immediately had all eyes on us. At first I dismissed it then we walked around looking at hair dye and packaged food and had a female staff following us all around the store as if we were going to steal or do something? This first time I brushed it off and thought it was just her. Today I came in again after eating and the security guard literally passed by each lane we visited  and passed on each side of the lane as if that wasn't obvious enough. At this point both me and my boyfriend were mad and uncomfortable so asked why he was following as if we were going to steal. Then he stayed stuck and didn't know what to say. NEVER WILL SHOP HERE viewed so many white people shop calmly with no problem but could not have the same experience. #disappointed

Service is reasonable; sometimes line is a little long/slow if busy. Store is clean; well stocked shelves. Sometimes they don't have what I am looking for, but they do carry wide variety of items for one stop shopping. Good parking and easily accessible. Pharmacy; if you have insurance co pays all pirces are the same. Service is good. I was bit surprised at how high tin of shoe polish was but it's been so long since I bought it, couldn't compare. Cheaper on few items like hair care/dye then store like albertsons/vons. Also, for Seniors offer 1 day month 20% off.

We got to the pharmacy a half hour (7:30 am) before it opened to get our flu vaccination. When he opened at 8 we asked the pharmacist we would like our flu vaccination. The pharmacist told us if we can come back at 9 since he was the only one there and there were customers behind us. We left and went to a CVS just west of that location. We got our flu vaccinations right away. We will never go to Rite Aid again. CVS has two new regular satisfied customers.
