The staff are very rude. I dropped off a prescription that apparently they could not fill. The tech told me she was sending the prescription to another pharmacy. I drove from one pharmacy to another and a week later still no prescription. I then called back still needing my prescription the tech pretty much gave me an attitude as if she was not concerned at all about where my prescription could be. I was even told i could not have my hard copy back because it had been submitted to another pharmacy. Her tone was very nasty and when i asked her what do i need to do her reply was verbatim “Call the other pharamacy we sent It, it’s not here” and hung up on me. How rude!!! I would’ve thought she would call to rectify the situation but i was wrong. They leave It to the patients to handle something the should’ve taken care of. What about the elderly that may not be able to call back and forth or run up and down the road? I will never use Rite Aide again. I wish i could give them a negative rating.

Pharmacy staff is very rude and they are the slowest bunch of people I have ever encountered . They are in the wrong line of work since they act like it's such a bother to deal with customers.
