Two years ago the pharmacy opened at 0700 then it changed it to 0800 then it changed again to 0900 NOW I am waiting for them to open at 1000. I just finished a 10hr shift that ended at seven I just want my Rx . At this rate in two years time they won't open till 1300hrs.

They have multiple drunks that hang out in front of the place asking for money on top of a very rude head manager named Shannon who thinks it's okay if people threaten your girlfriend. I first encountered Shannon when she told me that they would no longer be putting milk on sale. "That was the old manager, I'm the new manager and we aren't doing that anymore." Apparently the customer is always wrong. Then months later, a worker from Pizza Hut gets angry and belligerent threatening my girlfriend which Shannon had no problem with whatsoever. Do not go here unless you want your girlfriend to possibly get beat up by the employees working at the Pizza Hut next door.

I'm a 100% disabled vietnam veteran and I had to evacuate from Tybee Island Ga to Augusta. 
I  had medicine problems and contacted this store ...I've been a loyal customer of Rite Aid since 1999, I've always been pleased with my service, but have never had such incredible  service by a pharmacist at any drugstore ever !!! Ms Chan Leverett is so incredible  and kind and went beyond the  pail and got me my medicine  after not having it for a while  !!!
She is all that Rite Aid should be and I will never ever stop trading with this company because of her !!! I am elated to have my meds  and with incredible  savings because she worked for me !!!  She asked me to wait so she could help .. My cousin is so impressed  with her,  he has decided to leave CVS and trade with Rite Aid 11832, and when he's never done that  !!!
Thank you to Danny, Jane, and to Ruby who were there for me too !!!
Without any doubt Ms Chan Leverett is the most incredible pharmacist I have ever encounter  ... Hope you can keep her because she is going go up up up in the world of medicine !!!!

They never answer. It's as if the store is closed. Very difficult to deal with when getting prescriptions.
