Great staff and personal service. I moved across town but continued to use this exact location because they are so wonderful. Special store!

Worst pharmacy in Tuscaloosa. Consistently disorganized with unnecessary waits.  Cvs is only an extra 5 min drive and saves the frustration and excessive time loss from your day. 

Waited 40 minutes to be told there was an issue in the system and I would need to wait at least be another 20-30 minutes. I left and returned 2 hours later, and i still had to wait 30 minutes between waiting to be helped (first one in line) and actually getting my medication. Im sure there's a lot of other problems going on, but they are definitely understaffed.
