This will no longer be my pharmacy. Too often they have not had basic medicines that I've needed and I've had to wait 2-3 days or transfer the prescription. Today, they didn't have the EpiPen and refused to work with the other pharmacy to transfer the script. This is a life saving, necessary medication and I should not have to deal with the hassle they created in trying to fill a basic, needed prescription.

Rite Aid of Valley Cottage is FANTASTIC. I've been getting my prescriptions here for the better part of 5 years as well as pick up my fathers (multiple) scripts, and he's been using them a bit longer, say 6-7 years. Now, just like dozens upon hundreds upon thousands of pharmacies in Rockland, or anywhere in metro NYC, or the country for that matter, they usually are very busy!, sometimes they're in the weeds, so maybe cut them some slacIf anybody is nasty w/ you, it's most certainly because you've been nasty- First. Calling people nasty witches & this/that/& whathaveyou isn't going to change anything. Whether here or any other business, pharm or other field, no matter how frustrated you are, or whether or not your day has been awful, maybe even if you don't mean it, "kill 'em w/kindness", & a miracle might happen, you might get not just great cust svc, but service in the first place. Long story short, this is a great place to have your prescriptions done, my personal exp. beginning from the first of 5 years+, they have just bout all your needs, a really truly friendly & knowledgeable staff, and depending on time of day if ur patient enough to wait a bit, you can leave w/ your medication/ same visit. 👍🏽highly recommend

Please train the pharmacy staff about customer service.Pharmacy staff isn't that helpful.
